Paqui Toscano, a classics and English double major, is Washington and Lee's 16th Rhodes Scholar.
Paqui played Euphonium in the Wind Ensemble, Baritone in Marching Band, and played piano in Jazz Ensemble. Quite an honor for this Kettering Music alum!
